Woody Matthews has considerable experience in both the freight and parcel delivery segments of the transportation industry. Woody has managed terminals and a division for Consolidated Freightways and served as a member of ANR Freight System's senior management team. After acquiring a small courier company in Phoenix in 1987, Woody expanded the company into a multi-state operation with several offices in the southwestern United States before being acquired by U. S. Delivery in 1995. Woody is a co-owner of Action Delivery and serves as President. Mike Veschio also has extensive experience in managing delivery and distribution operations in both the freight and parcel segments of the transportation industry. Mike has managed terminals and regions for Western Parcel Express in California and Arizona, was a division manager for Delivery Services, Inc, one of the predecessor companies for U. S. Delivery, and was the Southwest Division Manager for City Express. Mike is a co-owner of Action Delivery and serves as Vice President - Operations.

Reprise Distribution was founded in 1998 to provide "hotshot" transportation service to the mining industry in Arizona. Since then, Reprise has expanded its operations into the entire state of Arizona, Las Vegas and southern Nevada. Action Delivery was adopted as the company's operating name in 2001 to more accurately reflect what we do.

Action Delivery is a leading provider of same day and next day transportation and distribution services in Arizona and the regional southwestern United States. Through a combination of its own employees and equipment plus a network of carefully selected partner companies, Action Delivery provides services in Arizona, southern Nevada and California. From our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, Action Delivery manages the transportation, distribution and logistics for an expanding list of active clients, including many Fortune 500 companies. Action Delivery is the "doing business as" name for Reprise Distribution Services, Inc., an Arizona corporation. Woody Matthews and Michael Veschio own Reprise Distribution Services, Inc.
