The qualifications of Frerichs Construction Company’s office and field staff are vast and experienced. Together our company has over 150 years of cumulative experience. All of our project managers have completed our five year training program, which includes extensive estimating, assistant project managing, safety and field training and construction cost accounting. This experience allows our project managers to have a well-rounded knowledge of the entire construction process, from concept to reality.

Frerichs Construction Company is a privately owned corporation established in 1983. Over the years, we have provided clients with general construction, design/build and construction management services. We have experience in every facet of the commercial construction industry.

Our experience in the hospitality business has grown over the years along with our ability to create an outstanding quality product at a faster than expected pace.

Having graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in construction management, Chris worked his way through school in the construction field. He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
