With four HACCP approved distribution facilities on the islands of Oahu, Maui,Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii, we supply the freshest seafood products throughout the United States, Canada, and Japan.Fresh Island Fish was established in 1975 by founder and owner Bruce Johnson. With extreme dedication to quality and service, FIF has built an outstanding reputation with many major restaurants and hotels throughout Hawaii and the US Mainland.Our experience in exporting has allowed us to be the Pacific seafood connection to the US mainland. Utilizing our many sources throughout the Pacific including Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, we have developed trade partnerships to enhance our Hawaiian Program with a vast array of South Pacific Seafood.
