In the United States Freyssinet is represented by Freyssinet, Incorporated and in Canada it is represented by Freyssinet Canada Limitée. Freyssinet’s activities include: post-tensioning, stay cables, expansion joints, bearings, seismic protection, barrier cables, and pipe and structural repairs. Freyssinet works in a wide range of industries and environments, from power plants and dams, to bridges and skyscrapers. Headquartered in Sterling, VA, Freyssinet also has offices in Chicago and Atlanta. The subsidiaries that make up the Soletanche Freyssinet group include Freyssinet; Menard, the ground improvement specialty contractor; Reinforced Earth, the inventor and market leader in Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining walls; Nuvia, a leader in nuclear R&D, design, build, operations and decommissioning; and Nicholson, the specialty geotechnical construction company.
