Mr. Kutac is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs and Houston CPA Society. He has over 40 years of experience in public accounting, including seven years with a Big Four international firm.

Mr. Frierson as a CFP and CPA, has actively performed financial planning and public accounting for over 30 years. His experience includes practicing with a Big Four international firm in the areas of tax, audit, and consulting. He is a director of the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and is a past president of the Houston CPA Society. Other licenses maintained by Mr. Frierson include NASD Series 7, 6, 62 (Corporate), 63 (State), 52 (Municipal), and life insurance. Mr.
