A Unique Concept and Experience Welcome to Frisella’s Roastery! We opened our first restaurant in the charming city of La Verne in 1993 and our second in neighboring Glendora, Pride of the Foothills, in 2006. Though still small in size, our menu boasts a wonderful variety of freshly prepared items which include our “almost famous” ribs, chicken, tri-tip beef and pork. All meats are slow-smoked in our ten foot smoker, using Santa Maria Red Oak and Mesquite Firewood for that tender and delicious flavor. Most of the food choices are made from scratch, including the BBQ sauce, all salads, salsa, rolls, marinara sauce, potato chips and desserts. We truly appreciate your business and will continue to provide you with a unique, relaxing and memorable dining experience.
