SCHOOL ONLINE SERVICE: This License grants subscribers access to the online service via the provided service url, username and password and use the service on all computers, workstations, networks, intranets at your school and/or institution. Additionally, the service may be provided to all students, faculty and staff of your institution for home use. Under the End User License Agreement each student, staff and faculty member of the subscribing institution is authorized to use the service at the institution or at their home. Home use requires login using the subscribing institutions username & password . They may not further distribute the service url, username or password. Illegal distribution of the service url, username or password or its contents by students, staff or faculty will result in termination of the institutions activation rights and possibly its subscription. Institutions are encouraged to consider these issues when taking advantage of ‘home use’ as authorized by the EULA. The Froguts Service requires each user to login using the institution's username and password.

We do not post a public phone number. Froguts Inc. remains a small group of educators and developers focused on providing the best simulations and software available. We stand behind all of our products and provide support through our direct email support, FAQs, and our online community. When we cannot answer your question via one of these routes we will certainly arrange to call you at your convenience. We generally find though that we do a good job with email and other support options first. Thank you for helping us reduce costs and of our products by not having to maintain a direct phone resource.
