Front Runner’s Training Room is the Chattanooga region’s source for running and other athletic information. With 30 years of experience at our specialty store, we’ve cultivated relationships with local medical professionals, compiled answers to your running FAQ’s, and provided descriptions of some common sports injuries for your reference.

Front Runner Athletics was founded in 1982 by Louis Priddy, an avid runner and committed community servant. The original name was Running Factory II and it was located on Highway 153 in Chattanooga.
