The company started operations in 1974 in Silicon Valley/San Jose, CA. Our Silicon Valley division provided professional property management services for over 40 years. Due to the success of the Bay Area operation and the desire of the owners to enjoy country life in gold country, the Sonora based division opened their doors in 2006.
