The principals of Frost Christenson Mihalik have over 75 years of collective experience in the areas of environmental and regulatory consulting, indoor air / environment investigations, industrial hygiene, and building problem investigations. They have worked with a wide range of clients, including property owners, management companies, contractors, architects, insurance companies, attorneys, public entities, and industrial facilities.

Kenneth J. Mihalik, CES, CEI, PEM, is President of the new organization and brings over 27 years of experience in the following areas: environmental regulatory compliance audits, permitting, and compliance assistance; remediation; facility decontamination and decommissioning; industrial hygiene and chemical exposure investigations; mold investigations and remediation; indoor air quality evaluations, and indoor environment investigations.

In addition to providing complete Transition Evaluation services, the Firm also provides similar services for specific areas of concern. Examples range from in-depth roof inspections to determine construction deficiencies and deficiencies in materials, to inspections of the framing or structure of the buildings.
