Frost Communities is the latest addition to the Frost group of companies which was founded by Jess Frost in 1957. Mr. Frost's successful career spans over forty years in the housing industry. His extensive experience includes entitlement, construction, and management of luxury apartment communities, single family housing communities, as well as development and management of extensive commercial holdings. From 1957 through the 1990's, the firm developed communities offering several thousand apartment homes and single-family housing communities throughout Southern California - most in the highly competitive markets of Los Angeles and Orange Counties as well as the Kona Coast of Hawaii. The Frost Group owns and operates nearly 700 apartment homes, 300,000 sq. ft. of retail, and 100,000 sq. ft. of office space throughout Southern California and Michigan as well as partnerships to develop Multi/Single Family, Commercial, Office, and industrial properties with companies like Stonegate Development I, LLC and others in Southern California and Hawaii. Frost Communities was founded by Sean Frost, who oversees all aspects of its operations as well as communicating with land sellers and their local communities to better understand their issues and concerns. Mr. Frost has participated in many facets of the Frost Group's operations from entitlement to construction and asset management.
