MANAGER TRAINEE Various Locations (4 positions) Full-time Hours include some eves. & weekends Assists the Store Manager with management of retail store operations, including learning all aspects of the management of retail store operations. Specific duties include providing excellent customer service and ensuring associates are following company policies and procedures; assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales, gross profit, labor, shrink and inventory goals; product ordering, stocking and merchandising; and staffing and training store personnel.
