Ernest L. Ellis Managing Principal Ernest Ellis acts as Managing Principal for FS 360 and has primary responsibility for managing the company’s operations and executing its strategic plan, including service diversification, expansion, mergers and acquisitions. Ernest has previously worked in a variety of executive positions and been successful in each endeavor. Prior to joining FS 360, Ernest held the position of President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of Telecom Compliance Services, Incorporated, a regulatory services company acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2006. Ernest has been elected to a variety of industry association boards and has been a frequent panelist, speaker and moderator. Ernest graduated from the University of Louisville College of Business with Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Associate of Applied Science in Production Management degrees. Naterica Johnson Federal Program Development Naterica Johnson serves as a founding member of FS 360, with primary responsibility for developing and executing the company’s strategy for conducting business with federal government agencies. Naterica has previously served as Chief Financial Officer for JLW Development, LLC, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s finance organization: General accounting, financial reporting, cash management, banking relations and strategy. Naterica received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Spelman College and a MBA in finance from Clark Atlanta University. Komichel Johnson Business & Community Development Komichel is pivotal to determining corporate priorities and business development initiatives that meet the needs of our commercial and government partners. He has extensive experience in helping Community Development Corporations execute their community initiatives while utilizing public/private funding. Komichel previously served as Chief Executive Officer of JLW Homes and Communities, overseeing the entire company’s daily operations with responsibility for P&L performance, land acquisitions, financial instruments and field and operations performance. Komichel received his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College in 1995 and a MBA from Clark Atlanta University in 2001. Chris Butler Finance & Operations Chris provides financial and operational oversight for FS 360.
