Description
FSA was founded through a $500 grant from Chauncey Rose in 1862. Originally dedicated to helping widows and orphans of the Civil War, FSA has changed to meet the needs of the day, even being a charter organization of our local United Way. Today, FSA provides counseling, batterer's intervention, anger management, parent education, supervised visits, training in domestic violence to law enforcement, and other services. We serve the counties of Parke, Vermillion, Sullivan, Clay and Vigo in Indiana and Edgar and Clarke in Illinois.
