In the 20 years before opening Full Draw Archery, I worked in a local sporting goods store as manager and archery technician. In those 20 years of employment I was on the Nation’s Best Sports (NBS) Archery Committee. I worked directly with archery manufactures on price negotiations, payment terms and special make ups for over 1000 different store fronts. Working close to the manufactures has allowed me to learn the products and meet the people that make this industry thrive. Experience in retail has allowed me to learn how to expertly identify and fulfill consumer wants and needs.
