Rental start at $85 a night for the first 2 persons and $10 for each additional person, up to 6 folks, total. This includes adults and kids. We require a check for $100 to hold your reservation and this also serves as the damage deposit. We return the check to you within 5 days, if there is no damage. Winter rates are in effect from October 1st to February 28th. Winter rates are $70 for the first two folks and $10 for each additional person up to 6 total.
