Today, he continues his business leadership with Full Service Networking.Rick joined MOM, a company founded by his father-in-law, Bob McCarthy. He started in 1976 as a sales representative, being promoted to Vice President of Sales and, ultimately, elevated to President in 1986. In 1995, he and his wife, Kathy, had an opportunity to acquire the southern region of MOM, forming Louisville-based OfficeWare as a document solutions provider, representing Ricoh, Canon and HP.
