Casey Arnold- BS-CPT has over 8 years of experience in fitness industry as a coach, trainer, and educator. Her career began at the University of Kansas as an intern in the strength and conditioning program. She is a USAW Sports Performance Coach, ViPR Pro, FMS Expert, PTA Global, and holds many other credentials and certifications from an array of fitness companies. Casey has been a fitness educator and boot camp director for striving fitness professionals at Professional Fitness Institute. She values and teaches with the vision that no one feels alone.
