Furnia Realty is located within a four season sportsmen's paradise. We are on the Eastern Shore Region of Lake Ontario, the famous "Salmon River" and the snowy "Tug Hill Plateau". Geographically we are centered between Syracuse and Watertown, along the Interstate 81 corridor. Lake Ontario determines our weather most of the time. It brings us cool breezes in the summer and an abundance of fluffy lake effect snow from November to March (the greatest snowfall east of the Rockies). There are a large variety of outdoor activities to choose from.
