FWD Builders has been family owned and operated since 1984, so you deal directly with the Owners and Staff from the initial consultation through the final walk through. We were chosen as Contractor of the Year in 1992, 1994, 1995, 1995/96, and have won numerous monthly awards. Our award winning Owners and Staff at FWD Builders have the experience and education to help you make the most of your home. We attend educational seminars and professional trade shows to stay abreast of the newest trends, techniques and materials in this fast paced market. Mr. St. John is an Industry Leader and a NARI Certified Remodeler who has been very active in the education of other Remodelers in this area. He has held several classes for local contractors, preparing them for the Certification Test. Our Project Superintendent is also a Certified Remodeler. Mr. St. John has served as NARI President Ft. Worth (1993-94), NARI National Board Member (1993-1998), NARI Dallas Board Member (1994-97), and NARI National Bylaws/Ethics Committee Chairman (1997-98).
