Swatee has over 20 years of experience in the technology field. As Principal and founding member of GDI, Swatee has been working with GDI Infotech, Inc. for over 18 years. She is a key executive since its inception and is involved in varied areas such as corporate recruiting, business analysis and solution development and marketing. Her technology experience includes working in the software field including design, development and management of software projects. Her corporate experience includes developing training programs, team building, talent assessment and staffing operations.
