In 2005 we introduced the fully automatic AC-20 Autocase that offers near zero make-ready and production rates of an estimated 1,200 covers per hour. Also in 2006/7 GP2 will introduce the AL-20 Autoliner, a truly revolutionary machine for the application of liners to ring binders, letter files, calendars, game boards, photo albums and similar products. The AL-20 features under one minute make-ready, fully automated processes, and a production rate up to 1,200 per hour.
