GREEN TOKAI CO., LTD. is a leading automotive manufacturer of exterior and interior products. We have 7 co-extrusion lines that custom extrude sealing and decorative products primarily using Polypropylene's, TPE's, Flexible and Rigid PVC's. We perform many additional inline and secondary processes including critical cut tolerance, adhesive tape application, stretch bending, corner welding, injection molding and clip insertion to name a few. We can manufacture products from a simple extruded profile to a complex stainless steel co-extrusion profile that requires 3D stretch bending.

GREEN TOKAI CO., LTD. , (GTC) began operations in May of 1988. GTC is a subsidiary of Tokai Kogyo Co., Ltd. of Aichi, Japan. GTC has production and warehouse facilities in Brookville, OH and Maysville, KY. The Brookville facility consists of 246,000 square feet and is home to GTC's corporate office. The Maysville facility was built in 1995 to support company growth and consists of over 140,000 square feet. Both plants are ISO 14001:2004 certified and the Maysville plant is TS16949 certified.

At GREEN TOKAI CO., LTD. , our Injection Division hosts 19 injection machines that range from 250 tons up to 3350 tons. We have the capability to manufacture complex products by conventional molding as well as gas assist molding. Also, we manufacture by the insert molding process while utilizing our state of the art robots for repeatable high tolerances. Some of the materials that we use are TPE, ABS, AES, ASA and PC. We have secondary processes that include sonic welding, seal and foam application, clip insertion, double face tape application and many more.
