GSA Resources, Inc. is a closely held Arizona Corporation that was incorporated in 1977. The principal in the company is Daniel T. Eyde who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. The company specializes in the evaluation, exploration and development of industrial mineral deposits and the marketing of crude and processed industrial mineral products.GSA Resources holds State Mineral Leases and unpatented placer claims on federal lands at the Bowie, Arizona chabazite deposit. The State Mineral Leases cover a drilled out reserve of 650,000 tons of high sodium chabazite in the 0.50 ft. thick ore bed which contains 90% chabazite. Federal mining claims cover a drilled out reserve of 146,000 tons of sodium-calcium chabazite in the 0.50 ft. thick ore bed which contains 80% chabazite. Overlying the lower ore bed on the unpatented claim group is a 5 ft. thick bed containing 1,460,000 tons of 70% chabazite. Annual production has increased from 600 lbs. in 1987 to 1,000,000 lbs. in 1997. The product is sold under the trade name CABSORB® ZS500 and ZC500 with designations of A, H and RW.The company produces blended zeolite products used in dehumidifier devices for refrigerators and freezers. It also produces patented polymer/zeolite blends used as water and nutrient retention aids in agricultural applications, and surface modified zeolites for specialty environmental and gas treatment applications.
