Mr. Blazenko is a senior geologist and principal with over forty years of North American experience in geologically oriented projects. He specializes in conducting site assessments, project planning and management and assisting clients to meet state and federal regulatory requirements. Mr. Blazenko has prepared numerous documents and presentations for private and government agencies, has testified as an expert witness and has worked with task force committees for drafting of environmentally oriented rules and regulations.

Mr. Spence is extremely proficient in the completion and management of all aspects of wireless site development, alteration and construction. He has extensive experience in conducting pre and post construction inspections, bid walks, construction management and punch list completion. He is knowledgeable in State regulation related to the placement of tower site generators, compound alteration and expansion including co-location activities.

GSS has significant experience in site and construction management. GSS personnel have worked on hundreds of sites performing construction management, punch list completion, generator installation, compound expansion, third party inspection and management and utility coordination for both new sites and LTE fiber upgrades. GSS carefully tracks and documents all site activities to insure that deadlines are met and construction standards/expectations are met and exceeded. Project tracking and reporting is tailored to each client and their need and expectations related to the project.

Ms Spoerl handles all GSS accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable and related inquiries. Ms. Spoerl has extensive experience and training in computer based accounting and is extremely proficient in tax-related matters. She also assists in personnel and office management duties.
