Carl has nearly three decades of working experience in the U.S. asset management industry. Since April 2011, he has been a Director of Alaric Compliance Services, LLC, a 10 year-old firm that provides regulatory compliance support, including independent Chief Compliance Officers, to investment managers and funds registered with the SEC and the NFA/CFTC and to broker-dealers registered with FINRA. Most recently, he has served as Chief Compliance Officer for several SEC-registered investment advisers and a non-GSV affiliated NYSE-listed Business Development Company.
