Because our history and focus is training and technical documentation development, we are able to undertake a variety of department outsourcing and administration projects.

GTCI's Learning Delivery organization is comprised of highly skilled learning professionals experienced in a wide variety of learning management and delivery technologies. We maintain expertise in a variety of delivery methods, including instructor led classroom training, synchronous instructor led live remote training, e-learning remote training (Internet based student self paced), and e-learning computer based training (CBT student self paced).

GTCI provides cost-effective documentation development and delivery to our customers. One method in which we offer competitive cost savings to our customers is by performing development and/or delivery projects at their locations using their existing development tools. But we can also provide development services at our facilities using customer and/or GTCI-supplied tools.

GTCI provides boilerplate document structures to aid in generating consistent, easy-to-read standard documentation. We also have the capability to adapt structure and format to fit any customer requirements.
