GT Rail, Inc. and GT Dock, Inc. have been established by the developer to provide cost-effective rail and marine services to future tenants and owners at GT OmniPort. By spreading the costs of these intensive service sectors across all operations at GT OmniPort, customers and operators will realize higher margins and increased productivity.
GT Rail, Inc. is led by Cyril “Beau” Maida, one of the co-founders of GT Rail, Inc. Mr. Maida has over 35 years of experience in the rail industry. He provides senior strategic leadership. Prior to joining GT Rail, Inc., Mr. Maida spent several decades with the Union Pacific Rail Road. His experience spans general rail operations, mechanical, engineering, traffic management, customer solutions, freight claims, labor relations, and risk management efforts.
