G & J was created as a small business in 1986. We started primarily as a plastering company in both commercial and residential markets. As our company grew, so did our volume. We incorporated in 1990, but the slowing of the market caused us to reconsider our business strategy. We felt a need to switch our focus to accommodate a broader spectrum of the construction market. We became General Contractors in 1992, and now specialize in Commercial Construction. We handle everything from Ground-up Development to complete Tenant Remodels to simple Tenant Improvements. In addition to simply constructing the projects we work on, we provide complete services including site selection/feasibility, conceptual drawings, preliminary cost analyses, financing options, actual construction drawings, and startup and post-construction site monitoring. We provide services nation-wide for select clients. Our goal is simply to create a product to fit our customer's individual needs from start to finish. We are willing to modify each project to fit any client's financial and/or time restraints however possible, while providing the end user (occupant) with a quality completed project that meets or exceeds what is requested. Many clients do not have knowledgeable staff or do not want to directly employ staff to constantly oversee projects as they are built.
