We have been providing our customers with the best aged artisan country ham products for over 40 years. Our hams have been carefully cured, smoked with apple and hickory wood, and aged using Woods' curing process – resulting in the unforgettable rich, classic flavor you will enjoy until the last bite. These aged hams are time honored and slow cured with four seasonings. Order while suppliest last, a limited amount are cured each year.
