Building Energy Analysis The building energy analysis that we provide can be used in several different ways: -Savings By Design ; or to establish a building ’s energy performance for a GreenPoint Rated , LEED or Energy Star Certification ; or to apply for a high performance school (HPS) energy allowance school grant through the Division of the State Architect; or, -Life-Cycle Cost (LCC) study as part of our energy design consulting services in which we evaluate different combinations of energy measures for first-cost and long term energy savings.
