Gacela Group offers Voice dictation and transcription products for individuals and professional organizations. Custom services are also available through telephone or Internet access. The Gacela Group offers a centralized voice recording system for those customers who do not want to own a system. This system provides the customer with all the features and benefits of owning a system without the cost. Customers just pay for the resources they use. Gacela's hardware and software products along with its unique software solutions provide clients with a new level of control when purchasing their dictation and transcription products and/or services. Specifically, clients now have a scalable option to purchase/lease only the dictation and transcription products and services critical to their business model. Gacela operates national telecommunications and transcription services from its offices in Tucson, Arizona. Initial success has opened doors to new contracts; several of whcih have started and others are under review. Gacela operates offices in Arizona, California, Colorado and Missouri. Gacela distributes transcription work to employees and contract personnel throughout the United States via the Internet. All work is performed, at competitive rates, in the US by American Transcriptionists.
