I’ve witnessed first-hand how Customer Success is the new “vendor lock-in” – if you make sure your customers are successful, they will make sure you’re successful. And I know that the opposite is also true; if your customers are not achieving success with your product or service, your success is seriously at risk.
We strive to deliver to you the same transformative relationships you work to deliver to your customers. Gainsight Customer Success team members partner closely with our customers, consult on organization/ process design and are part of our customers' planning and strategy teams that create customer success experiences.
Before applying, read more about our values to make sure that Gainsight is the place for you. If so, here are the 5 things you need to know about us: 1. We are ridiculously passionate about our customers. We would be in the wrong business if we weren't. We try to apply our value of the Golden Rule as much as possible in the way we work with our customers. Our goal is nothing short of customer delight. We also know we can always get better. 2. We have fun at work. If you're a heads-down, stay-out-of-my-way type of worker, Gainsight may not be the best place for you.
We’ve long since held the position that focusing on adoption metrics alone gives businesses a short-sighted view of customer health. With so many other externalities at stake, your product design and development is merely one arena where the battle for your customers’ success takes place. However it’s an important one, and one that you and your product team can ultimately control.
