Description

Managing Partner Fred Gaines was elected to a third term as President of the City of Calabasas Library Commission. In that role, Fred will be overseeing the planning and construction of the City's new $12 million library facility which is scheduled to open in 2007. Partner Lisa Weinberg successfully represented Gaines & Stacey LLP client GH Captial, LLC, in a court challenge by a neighboring property owner to a planned 112 unit senior housing development. The Court of Appeal upheld the City's approval of the project in its entirety.
