Our 110,000 square foot bakery is on 6 acres, located in Mira Loma, California, and produces more than 400 different bread items each day. We specialize in a wide variety of quality breads for restaurants, hotels, theme parks and sport complexes, QSR’s, hospitals, and government complexes. With a fleet of bread delivery trucks and semi-haulers, we provide services to businesses of all sizes.

Welcome to Galasso's Bakery. Located in Mira Loma, California, we have been baking high quality French breads, sourdough breads, sliced breads, rolls, buns and specialty bread products since 1968. Known for our traditional bread delivery trucks, we also provide semi-hauler service for larger distribution and inventory needs. Our knowledgeable customer care members, friendly drivers, and expert bakery staff are committed to providing outstanding service and products.

Founded in 1968, Galasso’s Bakery began as a family-run business. Over the years, the company has grown from a single room delicatessen into a full-line bakery, producing hearth baked sourdough, sliced and French breads as well as dinner rolls, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, and specialty breads.
