LIVING IN THE TRINITY IS THE ULTIMATE BLAST! (not ultimately living in the Trinity is the ultimate worst.) One day the pastor gave us his greatest sermon ever. He basically said this. Giving your life to the Lord and letting him live in you and you in Him is like kissing! You can read about kissing, you can study the physiology of kissing, you can analyze it, imagine it, contemplate it, wonder about it, dream about it and think about it all you life, but until you experience it, you can’t appreciate it! Living in the Trinity, letting Christ live in you and you in Him is like that, only at least a million times better! But, you know, the beautiful thing about God, is that He takes you exactly where you are at, be it the bottom of the pit or near the top of the mountain, and takes you deeper into Him. But you get to decide how much freedom that you are going to give Him! He will never over ride your free will! You get to decide through all eternity how deep you want to go with Him. And He gives you His Holy Spirit, as a best friend, to coach you along the way! Hanging out with the Holy Spirit is a real blast! Now, before we go any further, it is time for all the disclaimers. No human being, especially the one hitting these keys, has total understanding of the Holy Trinity. God just gives you a little more insight, a little more appreciation of it to take you farther into His Love. Sometimes you reach a plateau and you rest there for a while, and when you’re ready He takes you a little farther! It most likely will be that way for all eternity! But it only gets better and better, the farther you go! And as it says in His word, we cannot begin to conceive of the things He has planned for us!!!!!!!! It is important to understand, too, that we are all like snowflakes. No two are alike, and He takes each of us, in our own individual romance relationship with Him, on a different path to Him. So, pray to be understanding that other people that are truly seeking Him may be coming from a little different direction. And in that sense, we would encourage you to let the Holy Spirit direct you in what you take from this writing and what you pass over for the time. He has a way of making one word, or a thought, exciting, meaningful, heart stimulating! Then He feeds you with it. You look at something else and you pass it by because it is not meaningful for you right now, or you are not quite ready for it yet! At times, we all find exciting new understanding coming from words in the Bible that we’ve read many times before. When you keep your heart open to the Holy Spirit, you often find that things that didn’t seem to make sense before, or were different from what you always believed or were taught, suddenly make sense and fit perfectly. It never gets boring when you choose to give the Holy Spirit free reign in your life. In John 3:8 Jesus said the Holy Spirit is like the wind ! "The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.
