Gallagher Properties, established in 1968, is active in apartment management in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Since its inception, the business has expanded from small house rentals to the development of six unit buildings. Gary Gallagher, owner and manager of these rentals, oversees the apartment needs on a day-to-day basis. He also employs a full time maintenance person to assist him with all repairs. This hands-on approach insures that the needs of the tenants are attended to in a timely fashion. Gallagher Properties is proud that several tenants have resided in their apartment homes for many years. In addition, many of these tenants have referred new tenants to Gary. Gallagher Properties takes pride in providing timely maintenance, attractive and clean apartments, and building good relations with their tenants.
