Don is a native Floridian who grew up in Sarasota County. He moved to Charlotte County after serving in the U. S. Army and graduating from the University of South Florida in Tampa. During his real estate career, he has been named Realtor Associate of the year twice. Don’s extensive and knowledgeable experience is called upon every day by other associates and businesses in South Florida. He was instrumental in the development of the Murdock area of Charlotte County and other areas in the county. He has over thirty five years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. She moved to Charlotte County from Sarasota and Tampa Florida where she received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of South Florida. She retired from the Charlotte County School System and after a brief vacation went to work for her husband at Gant Realty. GANT A lifelong resident of Charlotte County, Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from Florida State University, a Master of Art’s Degree in Real Estate Appraisal from the University of Florida, and has served as President of the Commercial Broker’s Society of the local Board of Realtors. Steve has been providing exceptional and professional commercial real estate services in the area since 1996, and hails from a prominent real estate family that has been in the real estate business in Charlotte County since 1972.
