Ron Gardner, motivational speaker, trainer and author created Gardner Training Resources to empower organizations and their employees with the skills and knowledge to build loyal, repeat customers and make superior service part of the organizational culture. His motivational programs specialize in training front line personnel. Ron has been working with management to identify and solve performance gaps since 1995. In 1997, he suffered a nearly fatal stroke. After recovering from his stroke, Ron continues to share his powerful and personal message of motivation and hope while facilitating workshops and delivering keynotes for corporations and small business. His is a human interest story of triumph over tragedy that is detailed in his Take Brave Steps book. Ron will be sure to inspire and help your team with essential workplace skills as you face the bottom line challenges of the rapidly changing global market. Ron has over twenty years of experience in human resources and customer service with companies such as; E. Merck, Day and Zimmerman, Incorporated and Tad Resources International. A partial listing of Ron ’s customers include: AT&T, Mellon Bank, Sun National Bank, The Delaware River and Bay Authority, Conectiv Power Delivery and Cecil County Public School System. He was honored as Entrepreneurial Advocate of the Year by the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. He has appeared as a guest on various radio stations discussing customer care as well as success and motivation. Ron also served on the advisory board for Parlay International ’s training products.
