Ms. Kelly’s civil practice centers on the defense and prosecution of negligence claims and related issues of insurance coverage, as well as business practices under M.G.L. c. 93A and M.G.L. c. 176D. She also has extensive experience in litigation of complex business and commercial disputes. Additionally, Ms. Kelly has in-depth knowledge regarding the regulation of business practices of automobile manufacturers and dealers under M.G.L. c. 93B, and she has engaged in multi-district class action litigation on behalf of a major automobile manufacturer.

Gargiulo / Rudnick’s litigation team employs years of courtroom experience to serve a variety of clients throughout Massachusetts and around the country, encompassing a broad range of legal issues from negligence claims to complex business disputes and healthcare litigation. Our attorneys have a wide breadth of experience representing clients before state and federal courts, in multi-district and multi-jurisdictional litigation, state and federal administrative agencies, federal and state appellate courts and administrative appeals boards.

Patricia Noyes-Corrigan concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation, including general liability, business, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, products liability, and insurance coverage disputes. She has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals operating in highly regulated industries, primarily in the area of healthcare. Since joining Gargiulo/Rudnick more than two decades ago, Ms. Corrigan has maintained an active, successful trial practice.
