Architecture is defined as the art and science of planning and building structures. It is also defined as the manner in which elements or components of a system are arranged or organized. The architectural staff at Garmann/Miller does not just design buildings; they look at all aspects of a particular project and design solutions that can best meet the needs of a specific client. This may involve master planning, feasibility studies, additions, renovations, remodeling, restoration, interior design, or building new structures.

Our goal is to provide a technology system design that meets current needs while providing flexibility to meet your future vision whether that is a traditional wired network or state of the art “One to One” wireless data network.

Garmann/Miller & Associates is a full-service architectural and engineering firm established in 1993 in Minster, Ohio.

The existing building for Vantage Career Center was not suited for its use. Two additions were added to the facility and the interior of the existing building was renovated to provide the school with spaces for each classroom. The existing roof, windows and doors have been replaced. Skylights have been added to provide daylight to the classrooms in the existing facility. The project is expected to receive LEED Gold certification. This project was designed using BIM technology.
