Garrie Pest Control LTD Owned by Fred Gillen. General Manager Bill Ayres and Service Manager Al Cotto Jr. Fred started in the pest control business in 1968, working for GPC as a technician and manager until 1986, when he bought GPC. The business had originally been founded in 1972 by two partners who combined their names to create "Garrie." Many of our customers still ask for Garrie, although there is no one by that name at Garrie Pest Control. Bill Ayres and Al Cotto have both been in the pest control industry for over 15 years. GPC is a small company which has always been service and customer oriented. We are not a branch operation of some giant organization that expects us to generate dollars for the bottom line. We aren't just in business here, we live here too. Our customers are our friends and our neighbors. This is our sole operation, so we either get it right, or we're out of business.
