GARY I. COHEN HAS BEEN PRACTICING LAW IN CONNECTICUT for more than 40 years. For most of that time, he has devoted his practice to family and matrimonial law. He is a graduate of Yale University, where he earned a B.A. degree. He received a Juris Doctor from the School of Law at the University of Virginia, where he served as Articles Editor of the Virginia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif Legal Honorary Society. Cohen has served as president of both the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Connecticut chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is a Charter Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
