Description
Gas Turbine Application, Inc. maintains a comprehensive, fully computerized spare parts distribution system to provide the highest possible level of support to the operators of Solar® Turbines and Solar® Turbine Packages engines worldwide. At the heart of the system is an in-house parts support organization, which uses data from the field and the latest forecasting tools to anticipate demand and ensure prompt availability. GTA spare parts are available to operators worldwide through a combination of direct sales from the factory, and/or Gas Turbine Application, Inc. authorized distributors.
The new company’s has retained the original name of Gas Turbine Applications. Larry Ford is the new general manager and Mark Blake is the new material control manager while GTA employees and other management remain in place. The new company focus is to further the initials goals of providing the highest quality service and overhaul support available for Solar products. New shop equipment is being purchased, new training programs are in place and a new emphasis is being put on the quality of the products we provide.
Gas Turbine Applications Inc. was incorporated in 1984 a privately held corporation. The initial company focus as a service support facility for Solar® gas turbine products. Due to urging by customers it was soon expanded to include component overhauls. The success of the component overhaul work convinced the company to again expand into the engine overhaul work.
Our mission is to provide the finest technical support to our customers. This support translates into decreased operating costs, increased operational readiness rates, and enhanced safety.
GTA offers Field Services and Technical Support 24 hours a day / 7 days a week with experienced professionals who are quick to respond with a commitment to the highest quality service available. Technicians are fully insured and highly trained professionals equipped with the latest technology in tools, service vehicles, and specialty equipment. Technicians are also trained and tested for safety and safety awareness to ensure a safe working environment.
