All gate operator installers at our company are Certified Automated Gate Operator Installers, a nationally recognized certification, through the IDEA , the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation.

We provide only the gate system and the gate itself. If any other services or repairs are needed, they will have to be performed by another contractor and are your responsibility. Important details to keep in mind: Does the driveway need repair? The vehicle loop sensors need to be installed beneath the driveway. If the asphalt or concrete are crumbling or breaking apart and it continues to do so, the loops may become exposed and be damaged by vehicle traffic and direct exposure to the elements.

Gate Options stands behind all materials and workmanship for service calls up to 90 days. For new installations, this company warranty is extended to one year for all labor and materials. New installs are also eligible for any and all applicable manufacturer’s limited product warranties. These vary by both manufacturer and product and span anywhere from 1 to 7 years. The details of these warranties are included with purchase and can be reviewed with your project manager.
