Description

This 26-story, 634,000 square-foot mixed-use, high-rise building features an innovative architectural precast concrete facade from pedestrian level to the penthouse. The 5-star hotel and custom designed luxury residences feature 151 guest rooms, including 31 suites, and 53 condominiums, as well as a spa and nearly 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. The tower also contains a 111,820 square foot below grade parking deck. The structure consists of concrete columns, shear walls and post-tensioned horizontal slabs and rebar.
