Mr. Gates blended his university background in economics with his hands-on experience in management to develop a better model for delivering superior-quality collision repair services involving repair standards and conveniences for customers such as free loaner cars. Additionally, Mr. Gates and GBS consulted with senior-level insurance claims leaders to develop customized collision claims solutions that involve quality claims process standards and web-based performance tools. Clients include several top-ten U.S. insurance companies, some regional insurers, and hundreds of repair shops across the country.
