(desiree@gatesmanor.com) CFSSM-FSP, has been our Food Service Coordinator and Director for over 10 years, enjoying all aspects of food service, good nutrition, and working with our Dietician to create the Resident Menus. She has extensive experience in the food service industry for the last 30 years.

(wanda@gatesmanor.com) is our Director of Nursing. Wanda has been a valued member of Gates Manor for over 7 years. She has been a licensed nurse for 13 years working mainly in the long-term care setting. Wanda received her Licensed Practical Nurse Degree at the age of eighteen and received her license as a Registered Nurse several years later, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She was also recently licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and has helped our facility receive several deficiency-free State Department of Health surveys under her supervision and keen eye for detail.

Gates Manor is a 64-bed nursing care facility. We provide rehabilitative and excellent nursing care 24 hours a day, delivered by our highly trained nursing staff.

(ruth@gatesmanor.com) is our Office Manager, with over 25 years experience in the health care field. Ruth specializes in Medicare and Medicaid, and has a genuine empathy for the residents and their families.

As a skilled nursing care facility, we provide skilled nursing care and related services for residents who require medical care, nursing care, or rehabilitation services. For example, some patients may require short-term rehabilitation while recovering from surgery; others may require long-term nursing and medical supervision; while others might require short-term respite care when a family member requires a rest from providing care in the home.
