The principals of Gator Dredging—state-certified general contractors' license CGC 1510302—are Bill Coughlin and Jack Adams . Experienced in the engineering and dredging fields, they have created a company, founded in 2005, that combines their engineering skills and compassion for the environment to make Florida’s waterways more accessible with canal dredging, slip dredging and dock dredging.

Since 2005, we have combined our extensive engineering knowledge, dredging experience, and compassion for the environment, to make Florida’s waterways more accessible. We are able to handle a project from initial client meeting, through design and permitting, and conclude with the necessary dredging services. As Gator has grown, we have continually expanded our scope of capabilities. This enables us to provide our customers high quality results and state-of-the-art technology. That, coupled with an extensive inventory of dredging equipment, and the best operators in the industry, there is simply no dredging project that Gator cannot handle.

We were particularly impressed with your hard working on-site supervisor Charlie and his helper Nate. Both of these men put in long, physically demanding hours getting the job done. Charlie worked closely with us in coordinating the project and always responded positively to all of our requests. His ability to direct the activities of his workers was impressive. Plus, his talent for resolving problems as they arose allowed the project to continue at a steady pace. When problems did arise, he always kept us informed and updated. In my previous years as a Naval Officer I was privileged to work with many impressive, talented young men. I would certainly include Charlie in this select group. And, I must admit that I tried to convince him to talk with a military recruiter… Treat him right or you will lose him! It was a pleasure working with the entire Gator Dredging team.
