GAZ Realty is a world class operator for super stations in Long Island. We know the Long island market and terrain more than many other operators. We have been in the gas station, convenience store and car wash business for over 25 years. Most of our properties do not have mortgages, and all are very profitable. We are very liberal in spending reasonable amounts of money in keeping our sites immaculately clean, with lots of greens and flowers and even a fountain at the edge of some properties.

Sam is a graduate from Detroit College of Business with a bachelor in marketing and has over 20 years of experience in the food service sector. Sam owned and managed several Big Boy restaurants in the state of Michigan, and has owned the Ground Round in Livonia, Michigan since December of 2003. Sam overlooks the complete operation and enjoys listening to feedback from valued guests.

Mona has over 5 years of customer service experience in the airline industry. Shortly after departing from her job at Delta Airlines, she joined her husband at the Ground Round, monitoring every day work duties and making sure every guest has a high degree of satisfaction with the food and quality of service at the restaurant.

Mike has more than 30 years experience in the food and retail industries. As chef and owner of restaurants Mike built his experience in retail and food operations. In 1985 Mike opened his first station and deli in Long Island, and since expanded the business to build one of the largest stations on Long Island in West Babylon. Mike is involved in the day to day activities of the food service operations creating the menus and negotiates with vendors for inventory and product placement.

Georges has experience in residential real estate, bookkeeping, gas/c-store operation, and customer service. While working for his father in Lebanon, he was involved in residential construction, real-estate, and bookkeeping. After his move to the United States, Georges graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering in 2003. Since that time Georges has held managerial positions with ARCO, and am pm outlets in California. Georges brings this well trained and experience with him to the Sunoco Super Station in Elmont.
